Add Asset - Owner field

It would be better if the owner field in the "Add asset" dialog to be a drop-down box, for the sake of normatization, with the possibility to add a new owner from this dialog.

That is actually a bug. The Owner field should auto-complete with the names already on the database, but apparently I forgot to add that. Will be done.
